Inclusion Europe works for the social inclusion and human rights of people with intellectual disabilities and their families at European level. With a network of more than 60 national member organisations in 33 European countries we develop and influence disability policy, organise conferences, seminars and other events, and implement projects with partners from different countries. To manage the Secretariat of Inclusion Europe in Brussels, we seek to recruit a Director Finance and Administration (full-time)
The successful candidate will have the necessary professional background and experience in management or accounting/finance and be fluent in English and French.
A detailed Job Description and Person Specification are part of the Application Pack, available for download here. The post is based in Brussels with a Belgian employment contract. The monthly gross salary will be between 3.000 and 3.300 EUR depending on experience.

Secretary
(Half-time)
Inclusion Europe is looking for a part time Secretary (5 half days a week) to assist in the general administration in our office in Brussels.
Candidates should ideally meet all the following criteria:
· Fluent in French/English (written and spoken)
· Experience of general administration tasks
· Handling incoming phone calls
· Solid experience of Microsoft Office
· Flexible, organised and able to work autonomously
· Ability to prioritize task
